Does Children with lymphoma the right to life with the efforts of medical and nursing? Lack of parental consent for medical treatment and surgery.

Introduction: Hodgkin's disease is a type of malignancy associated with the lymphoreticular systems that are in place lymphoma group . During childhood, after leukemia and brain tumors, lymphoma (including Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin) are the third place final touch.
Method: This is a case report.
Results: The patient is a 10.5-year old boy has been hospitalized with Painless swelling of lymph nodes on both sides of the neck and a weight loss 4-3 kg since 2 months ago, The first referrals of patient has been ENT specialist. After the end of the treatment with cephalexin and incisional No improvement, biopsy is performed and given the diagnosis of lymphoma .Followed patients hospitalized  in oncology ward And re-biopsy and treatment begins. After partial recovery sick father because of religious beliefs is refused further treatment And next visit to disease progression and metastasis to the lungs and heart problems and severe respiratory, The patient died despite the efforts made.
Conclusion: Based on the Islamic principles, the  person has no right to harm himself, But because of the right and domination that each person has on his body .this issue does not a license for compulsory treatment , But only requires the therapist to try to dissuade a patient from making his decision. as much as possible and on the other hand, does not contribute to patient injury to yourself and especially not cooperate with the patient discontinuation of treatment.
