fa تاثیر یک برنامه آموزشی بر نیازهای مراقبت حمایتی خانواده افراد مبتلا به سرطان روده بزرگ: کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: پیامد های سرطان علاوه بر بیمار بر ابعاد مختلف سلامت و زندگی خانواده بیمار نیز گسترده است و آنان نیاز‌های مراقبت حمایتی<span dir="LTR">Supportive care needs<a name="_Hlk45091931">(SCNs)</a></span> مختلفی در ابعاد مذکور دارند. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر یک برنامه آموزشی بر <a name="_Hlk46729855"><span dir="LTR">(SCNs)</span></a> خانواده افراد مبتلا به سرطان روده بزرگ انجام شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده با گروه کنترل است. مشارکت کنندگان &nbsp;62 نفر از مراقبت کنندگان خانوادگی بودند که به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله(31 نفر) تحت برنامه آموزشی حضوری و گروه کنترل(31 نفر)، تحت آموزش معمول توسط مراکز درمانی تقسیم شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل دو پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و نیازهای مراقبت حمایتی همسران و مراقبت کنندگان بود. آنالیز اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> انجام شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> نتایج: تغییرات میانگین نمره <a name="_Hlk46748191">کل</a> نیازها(0٫003=<span dir="LTR">p</span>) و ابعاد مختلف آن &nbsp;بجز بعد کار و اجتماعی<span dir="LTR"> (P= </span><span dir="LTR">0.236)</span>، در گروه مداخله کاهشی و معنادار است، اما این تغییرات درگروه کنترل معنی دار نبوده&nbsp; ونمرات نیازها نیز افزایش نیز یافته است . (<span dir="LTR">P > 0.05</span>). امیانگین نمره کل نیازها بعد از مداخله بین دو گروه با یکدیگر اختلاف معنادار آماری ندارد (<span dir="LTR">P > 0.05</span>) اما میانگین نمره نیازها در بعد &nbsp;اطلاعاتی بعد از مداخله در گروه کنترل بیشتر و اختلاف بین دو گروه معنادار است. (<span dir="LTR">P=0.043</span>).<br> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست آمده در این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که ارائه برنامه مراقبت آموزشی توسط پرستار به مراقبت‌کنندگان خانوادگی بیماران منجر به کاهش نیازها در این افراد شده‌است انجام مطالعات مشابه با مدت زمان بیشتر به منظور دستیابی به نتایج مطلوبتر پیشنهاد می گردد. <strong>Intruduction<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong>The consequences of cancer in addition to the patient, extend to various aspects of the patientchr(&#39;39&#39;)s family life. Therefore, patientschr(&#39;39&#39;) families also have different supportive care needs in these dimensions. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of an educational program on SCNs of family of patients with colorectal cancer.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods </strong>: This study is a randomized clinical trial with a control group. The study was conducted on 62 family caregivers who were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group (n = 31) received educational program and the control group (n = 31) received only the routin education provided by the health centers. The socio demographic questionnaire and the&nbsp;Supportive Care Needs&nbsp;Survey&nbsp;for Partners&nbsp;and&nbsp;Caregivers were used. The data were analyzed using, SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean score of SCNs and different dimensions except work and social (P= 0.236), was significantly decreased only in the intervention group (p = 0/003), and in the control group it was not significant and increased. There was no statistically significant difference between groups in the mean score of SCNs after the intervention. (P> 0.05). However, the mean score of needs in the information dimension after the intervention was higher in the control group and the difference between the two groups was significant. (P = 0.043).<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Providing an educational program for family caregivers by nurse can reduce their SCNs.
