fa خطاهای دارویی ناشی از داروهای شیمی درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <strong>مقدمه:</strong> &nbsp;خطاهای دارویی از جمله مشکلات سیستم های بهداشتی درمانی است که منجر به فوت یا عواقب ناخوشایندی برای بیمار می گردد. بیماران مبتلا به سرطان نسبت به خطاهای دارویی بسیار آسیب پذیر تر هستند و داروهای شیمی درمانی نیز به دلیل شاخص درمانی باریک و سمیت بالا جزء داروهای پرخطر محسوب می شود. به همین دلیل افزایش آگاهی در مورد انواع خطاهای ناشی از داروهای شیمی درمانی می تواند از وقوع مجدد آن بکاهد و ایمنی بیماران سرطانی را ارتقا دهد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه به روش مروری &nbsp;نقلی انجام شد. در ابتدا با کلید واژه های خطاهای دارویی، شیمی درمانی و سرطان در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی مختلف مقالات مرتبط از سال 2005 الی 2019 طبق معیارهای ورودی که برای این مطالعه در نظر گرفته شده بود، وارد مطالعه شدند و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> پس از مطالعه متن کامل همه مقالات به صورت کلی خطاهای مرتبط با داروهای شیمی درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به سزطان در ابعاد ذیل طبقه بندی شد: انواع خطاهای ناشی از داروهای شیمی درمانی در بیماران سرطانی، علل مرتبط، شدت خطاها و راه های پیشگیری از خطاهای دارویی شیمی درمانی.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> احتمال وقوع خطاهای ناشی از داروهای شیمی درمانی زیاد است و از آنجا که بیشتر این خطاها در مرحله تجویز دارو اتفاق می افتد استفاده از سیستم های کامپیوتری مانند &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">CPOE</span> و نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی می تواند خطاهای ناشی از داروهای شیمی درمانی را در مرحله اول کاهش دهد. <br> Introduction: medication errors are among the problems of health care systems that lead to death or unpleasant consequences for the patient. Cancer patients are much more vulnerable to medication errors, and chemotherapy drugs are considered high-risk drugs due to their narrow therapeutic index and high toxicity. Therefore, increasing awareness of the types of errors caused by chemotherapy drugs can reduce its recurrence and improve the safety of cancer patients.<br> Method: This study was performed by a narrative review method.
