fa واضح سازی مفهوم پاسخگویی در پرستاری: تحلیل مفهوم با رویکرد واکر و اوانت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>مفهوم پاسخگویی در پرستاری، به دلیل کاربرد گسترده و اهمیت روزافزون آن در پرستاری از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار می باشد. و به عنوان یک شاخص با کیفیت شناخته شده در نظام سلامت بوجود آمده است. در پرستاری واژه هایی مانند مسئولیت، پاسخدهی ،اختیار ، استقلال و پاسخگویی بصورت جایگزین استفاده می شوند این مطالعه با هدف واضح سازی مفهوم پاسخگویی در پرستاری و تعیین ابعاد آن با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مفهوم واکر و اوانت انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش</strong>:جستجوی اینترنتی در بانک های اطلاعاتی معتبر و در دسترس <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;CINHAL</span>، <span dir="LTR">MEDLINE</span>، <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span>، <span dir="LTR">Ovid</span>، <span dir="LTR">Iran</span> <span dir="LTR">Medex</span>، <span dir="LTR">Magiran</span>، <span dir="LTR">SID</span> و سایت معتبر &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Web of Sciences</span> و فرهنگ لغت پزشکی، آکسفورد و مطالعات کتابخانه ای با کمک واژه های پاسخگویی، پاسخدهی، مسئولیت، اقتدار، اختیار، استقلال &nbsp;و رهبری در پرستاری، <span dir="LTR">responsiveness</span>،<span dir="LTR">accountability </span>،<span dir="LTR">responsibility</span>، <span dir="LTR">authority</span>،<span dir="LTR">autonomy</span>، <span dir="LTR">leadership</span> در فاصله زمانی 2009 تا 2019 انجام شد. براساس مراحل تحلیل واکر و اوانت، تعریف، کاربردها، ویژگی ها، &nbsp;مقدمات، پیامدها و ارجاعات تجربی مفهوم پاسخگویی در پرستاری استخراج شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong>برخی از ویژگیهای پاسخگویی در پرستاری، وجود عامل، حیطه ای از اختیارات برای عامل، حق مدیر برای الزام عامل به توجیه و حق مدیر در تنبیه یا تشویق، پیشایند شامل داشتن توانایی (دانش، مهارت و تجربه)،مسئولیت، اختیار ،استقلال و همچنین پیامدهای آن، آمادگی جهت توضیح یا توجیه اقدام، تشویق یا سرزنش نتایج اقدامات،رضایت و بهبود عملکرد و کیفیت مراقبت می باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong><span dir="RTL">می توان پاسخگویی را بدین گونه تعریف کرد: توجیهات یا جواب منطقی پرستار در برابر مسئولیتی که به ازای آن دارای اختیارات و استقلال می باشد و منجر به رضایت و افزایش کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری می شود، پاسخگویی در پرستاری تعریف شده و درصورت جواب غیر منطقی برای اقدام خود از طرف مدیر توبیخ می شود. بنابراین پاسخگویی منجر به آشکارسازی و وضوح تصمیمات و اقدامات پرستار می شود و علت عمل انجام شده از طرف پرستار برای دیگران (مددجو،مدیر پرستاری،سیستم درمانی) مشخص می شود. و به نتیجه اعمال انجام شده توجه می نماید</span> <strong>Introduction</strong>:The concept of accountability in nursing, because of its widespread use and its great role in that is really important. And it is known and appeared as a high-quality index in the health system. In nursing terms such as Responsibility, Responsiveness, Authority, Autonomy, and Accountability as an alternative are used<span dir="RTL">.</span> The aim of this study was to analyze the concept of accountability by Walker Avant.<br> <strong>Method:</strong>Internet search in reliable and available databases of CINHAL, MEDLINE, Web of Sciences, Google Scholar, Ovid, Iran Medex, Magiran, SID and Medical Dictionary, Oxford and Library Studies with using the keywords such as Accountability, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Authority, autonomy, and leadership in nursing from 2009 to 2019 has been done. Based on the steps of Walker and Evans analysis, definitions, applications, features, preparations, consequences and experimental references of the concept of accountability in nursing have been extracted.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Some qualities of accountability in nursing are the existence of an agent, the realm of authority for the agent, the manager&#39;s right to committal the agent to justification and the manager&#39;s right to punish or encourage. Preparations include having the ability (knowledge, skill, and experience), responsibility, authority, independence, and also Its consequences are readiness to explain or justify the action, encourage or blame the results of actions, satisfaction and improve the process and quality of care.<br> <strong>conclusion: </strong>As a result, with this definition of accountability we conclude: &quot;The nurse&#39;s justifications or reasonable response to responsibility for that she has the authority and autonomy and leads to the satisfaction and increment in the quality of nursing care is defined as the nursing accountability and in case of an unreasonable response to her action, she will be reprimanded by the manager. So, accountability causes revelation and clarification of the decisions and actions of the nurse and specify the reason for the action of the nurse for others (patient, nurse manager, health system).
