fa تاثیر مداخلات انجام شده در بهبود و ارتقا عزت نفس و تصویر بدنی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان : یک مرور نظام‌مند تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه :</strong> کاهش سطح عزت نفس و تصویر بدنی به عنوان یکی از شایع ترین مشکلات روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مطرح می باشد که انجام مداخلات آموزشی، مشاوره ای می تواند در زمینه ارتقا و بهبود این عوارض موثر باشد؛ لذا این مطالعه با&nbsp;هدف تعیین&nbsp;تاثیر&nbsp;مداخلات انجام شده دربهبود و ارتقا عزت نفس و تصویر بدنی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش :</strong> در این مطالعه مرور متون طی سال‌های 1389(2010 میلادی) تا 1399 (2020) با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های عزت‌نفس، تصویر بدنی، بیماران سرطانی، مداخلات و معادل‌های مش شده آن‌ها در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی،<span dir="LTR">Science direct</span>، <span dir="LTR">Cochran</span><span dir="LTR"> SID</span>، <span dir="LTR">MagIran</span>، <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span>، <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>، <span dir="LTR">Web of Science </span>و موتور جستجوگر<span dir="LTR"> Google scholar </span>انجام گردید، سرانجام تعداد 32 مقاله فارسی و انگلیسی به دست آمد که پس از ارزیابی مقالات و در نظر گرفتن معیارهایی همچون تکراری نبودن و در دسترس بودن متن کامل مقالات، 22 مقاله بر اساس معیار جداد وارد مطالعه شدند<span dir="LTR">.&nbsp;</span><br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: از 22 مطالعه مورد بررسی بیشتر مطالعات مربوط به بیماران مبتلابه سرطان پستان تحت ماستکتومی بود که براساس مدل‌ها و تئوری‌های روانی شناختی &ndash;مشاوره‌ای، توان‌بخشی و فعالیت‌های فیزیکی انجام شده بود و نتایج انها نشان دهنده تاثیر هر یک از مداخلات در جهت ارتقا عزت نفس و تصویر بدنی بیماران بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> علی رغم تأثیر مثبت مداخلات در بهبود و ارتقا سطح عزت‌نفس و تصویر بدنی بیماران مبتلابه سرطان قضاوت در مورد اثربخشی قطعی این مداخلات نیاز به تحقیقات وسیعتر با حجم نمونه بالاتر را می طلبد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background :</strong>&nbsp;To decrease self-esteem and body image among cancer patients is considered as a root cause of psychological problems and it is more likely that educational and consulting are able to alleviate some side effect of mediation treatment. Thus, the purpose of this study was to conduct research in order to determine the effect of interventions on improve and promote of self-esteem and body image in cancer patients.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review systematic was conducted via searching some reliable and validities scientific databases such as Science direct, Cochran SID, MagIran, Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science and Google scholar as a trustworthy research engine as well. Finally, 32 Persian and English articles were assessed. After evaluating the articles based on Inclusion criteria such as non-repetition and availability of the full text of the articles, 22 articles were entered in this study.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> A majority of articles that were evaluated relate to patients with breast cancer.
