fa یاد بود گذاری در مراقبت تسکینی از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <br> <strong>مقدمه:</strong> سرطان یکی از مهمترین بیماریهای مزمن کودکان در جهان است که &nbsp;هر سال منجر به فوت تعداد قابل توجهی از آنها می شود. مداخلات مراقبت تسکینی می تواند به کودک و خانواده کمک کند با مراحل انتهایی زندگی یا شرایط تهدید کننده حیات کنار آیند. یادبوگذاری یکی از روشهای مراقبت تسکینی در کودکان شدیدا بیمار است که مرگ آنها قابل پیش بینی است. هدف از این مطالعه ، بررسی یادبودگذاری به عنوان یکی از روش های مراقبت تسکینی در کودکان مبتلا به سرطان براساس آخرین مطالعات و دستاورد ها در ایران و سایر کشورها است.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> در این مطالعه مروری نقلی، ابتدا با کلید واژه های مراقبت تسکینی کودکان، یادبود گذاری و سرطان کودکان به صورت فارسی و انگلیسی در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی مختلف و معتبر از جمله: <span dir="LTR">PubMed,</span> <span dir="LTR">Google scholar </span>، <span dir="LTR">proQuest </span>، <span dir="LTR">SID </span>، <span dir="LTR">MAGIRAN </span>، <span dir="LTR">IRANdoc </span>، <span dir="LTR">IRANMEDEX</span> و <span dir="LTR">ELSEVIER</span> بین سال های 2000 الی 2018جستجو شد. سپس مقالاتی که به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم مرتبط با عنوان مقاله بودند استخراج و مقالاتی که دارای متن کامل&nbsp; بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> پس از مطالعه دقیق و هدفمند مقالات ، روش یادبودگذاری در مراقبت تسکینی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان در ابعاد مختلف طبقه بندی شد: انواع روش های یادبودگذاری در مراقبت تسکینی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان ، فواید مداخله یادبودگذاری در مراقبت تسکینی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان ، ابعاد بالقوه منفی یادبودگذاری در مراقبت تسکینی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان ، یادبودگذاری در مراقبت تسکینی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان در ایران و سایر کشورها، اصول و خلاء های موجود در مراقبت تسکینی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> یادبودگذاری یک مداخله ساده و کارآمد در مراقبت از تسکینی کودکان مبتلا به سرطان است که می تواند به کودک و خانواده برای مقابله با شرایط قبل و بعد از مرگ کمک کند. تحقیات بیشتری برای ارزیابی اثرات مثبت و منفی ایجاد یادبودگذاری در مراقبت تسکینی کودکان سرطانی لازم است. <br> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Cancer is one of the most important chronic diseases of children in the world, and a significant number of them die every year. Palliative care interventions can help the child and family to dealing with life-threatening conditions. Legacy-making is one of the methods of palliative care in seriously ill children whose death is predictable. &nbsp;The purpose of this study is investigating the legacy-making as a component of palliative care in pediatric cancer based on recent research and literatures in Iran and other countries.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> in this narrative review, we first searched key words palliative care, legacy making, legacy building and pediatric cancer both in English and Persian in various and valid databases including: Google scholar, PubMed, proQuest, SID, MAGIRAN, IRANdoc, IRANMEDEX, and ELSEVIER published between 2000 -2018. Then articles that were directly or indirectly related to the title of the article separated. Then articles with full text were assessed.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> After a thorough and targeted study of the articles, legacy in pediatric palliative cancer was categorized in different dimensions: the types of Legacy-making in pediatric cancer palliative care, the benefits of Legacy-making in pediatric cancer palliative care, the potential negative dimensions of Legacy-making in Palliative care for children, Legacy-making in pediatric palliative care in Iran and other countries, Principles and the gaps of legacy in pediatric palliative care<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Legacy-making is a simple and time-efficient intervention in pediatric cancer palliative care. It can help the child and family to dealing with pre and post-death conditions.
