fa بررسی عوامل مرتبط با عدم رعایت استانداردهای حفاظت شخصی (PPE) در هنگام آماده سازی و کار با داروهای شیمی درمانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> داروهای شیمی درمانی که برای درمان بیماران سرطانی بکار می روند جزء داروهای خطرناک طبقه بندی می شوند که کار کردن با این داروها بدلیل تأثیرات سوء آنها بر کارکنان نیازمند رعایت دستورالعمل های استاندارد می باشد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی عوامل مرتبط با عدم رعایت استانداردهای وسایل حفاظت شخصی در پرسنل پرستاری می باشد.<br> <strong>روش :</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی است که از 73 پرستار بیمارستان تخصصی انکولوژی در شهر اصفهان که با داروهای شیمی درمانی در تماس بودند داده ها جمع آوری شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته بر اساس دستورالعملهای استاندارد موسسه ملی سلامت و ایمنی شغلی و انجمن امریکایی داروسازان سیستم سلامتی و اداره سلامتی و ایمنی شغلی بود. داده ها&nbsp; پس از جمع آوری در نسخه 20 نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> وارد و آزمونهای توصیفی و تحلیلی مناسب انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که از دیدگاه پرسنل بیشترین علت عدم رعایت استانداردهای بکارگیری وسایل محافظتی در پرسنل شاغل در بخش های شیمی درمانی مربوط به عدم در اختیار داشتن وسایل حفاظتی به میزان کافی(87.7%) و کمترین علت عدم رعایت استانداردهای حفاظتی، عدم اعتقاد و عدم آگاهی &nbsp;نسبت به استانداردهای مربوط به استفاده از وسایل حفاظتی می باشد(11%).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>با توجه به مطالعه حاضر، مدیران نسبت به تجهیز امکانات بخش های شیمی درمانی، کاهش ساعات کاری پرسنل، برگزاری دوره های آموزشی مخصوص پرستاران شیمی درمانی جهت افزایش آگاهی آنان اقدام نمایند و دستورالعملی که پرسنل را ملزم به رعایت استانداردهای بکارگیری تجهیزات حفاظتی نماید تدوین نموده و نظارت مستمر بر رعایت این استانداردها ضروری به نظر می رسد<strong>.</strong> <strong>Background :</strong> Chemotherapy drugs that are used to treat cancer patients are classified as hazardous medicines, which require standard guidelines to work with because of their adverse effects on staff. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors related to non-compliance with personal protective equipment standards in nursing personnel.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study is a cross-sectional study that collected data from 73 nurses of specialty oncology hospitals in Isfahan who were in contact with chemotherapy drugs. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the standard guidelines of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and the American Association of Health System Pharmacists and Occupational Health and Safety Administration. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 20 and descriptive and analytical tests were performed.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study showed that from the personnel&#39;s viewpoint, the highest reason for not adhering to the standards of protective equipment use in the personnel working in chemotherapy departments related to not having sufficient protective equipment (87.7%) and the least reason for not adhering to the protective standards was lack of trust. And lack of awareness of standards related to the use of protective equipment (11%).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the present study, managers should equip the facilities of chemotherapy departments, reduce the working hours of staff, hold training courses for chemotherapy nurses to increase their awareness and develop guidelines that require staff to comply with standards of protective equipment use.
