The Covid 19 pandemic has a significant negative impact on the mental health of people with cancer. This article aims to introduce strategies to reduce the psychological effects of Covid 19 on cancer patients. Method: This article is a review study conducted in 1399 by searching databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed and SID using the keywords Covid 19, Coronavirus, Mental Health and Cancer is done. As a result of the search, 22 articles were obtained and after studying their abstracts, 14 articles were selected for review. Findings: Strategies such as routine self-care recommendations, adaptation strategies, use of successful telemedicine and telemedicine technologies, and participation in social activities as strategies to promote mental health during and after the Covid 19 period are effective in cancer patients. Conclusion: Due to the existence of multiple psychological problems in cancer patients during Covid 19 disease, it is important to identify people prone to psychological disorders and provide appropriate strategies to promote mental health in this group of patients.
