fa طراحی و روان‌سنجی ابزاری برای سنجش مهارت‌های دانشجویان پرستاری در آماده‌سازی ایمن داروهای سایتوتوکسیک عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: سرطان یکی از چالش‌های عمده سلامت عمومی است و داروهای ضدسرطان، به‌ویژه سایتوتوکسیک، نقش حیاتی در درمان بیماران دارند. ماهیت سمی این داروها، خطراتی جدی برای پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری ایجاد می‌کند و نیازمند مهارت‌های عملی و رعایت دقیق ایمنی است. هدف این پژوهش طراحی و روان‌سنجی یک ابزار بومی برای سنجش مهارت دانشجویان پرستاری در آماده‌سازی ایمن داروهای سایتوتوکسیک بود.<br> روش مطالعه: مطالعه از نوع ترکیبی متوالی (کیفی-کمی) در سال ۱۴۰۳ در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام شد. در فاز کیفی، ۲۷ مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با دانشجویان، اساتید و پرستاران انجام شد و ابعاد مهارت استخراج گردید. در فاز کمی، ابزار اولیه شامل ۲۰ گویه طراحی و با بررسی روایی صوری، محتوایی و سازه اصلاح شد و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی برای بررسی ساختار عامل انجام گرفت. پایایی به روش همسانی درونی و آزمون-باز آزمون انجام شد.<br> یافته‌ها: ابزار نهایی شامل ۱۸ گویه در سه بعد &laquo;مهارت در آماده‌سازی و رقیق‌سازی داروها&raquo;، &laquo;رعایت اصول ایمنی فردی و محیطی&raquo; و &laquo;مدیریت پسماند و پاسخ به شرایط اضطراری&raquo; بود. شاخص‌های روایی محتوایی و سازه عالی و پایایی مناسب (آلفای کرونباخ >0.60 و ضریب آزمون-بازآزمون =0.80) گزارش شد. تحلیل عاملی سه‌بعدی ۶۸.۴۵٪ واریانس کل را تبیین کرد و شاخص‌های برازش مدل تأییدی مناسب بودند.<br> بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: ابزار طراحی‌شده قابل اعتماد و معتبر است و می‌تواند مهارت عملی دانشجویان پرستاری در آماده‌سازی داروهای سایتوتوکسیک را به‌طور جامع ارزیابی کند. استفاده از این ابزار به شناسایی نقاط ضعف مهارتی و طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر نیاز کمک می‌کند و می‌تواند ایمنی بیماران و کارکنان را افزایش دهد.<br> <br> <br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Cancer is a major public health challenge, and anticancer drugs, particularly cytotoxic agents, play a crucial role in patient treatment. The toxic nature of these drugs poses significant risks to nurses and nursing students, necessitating practical skills and strict adherence to safety protocols. This study aimed to design and psychometrically validate a culturally adapted Instrument to assess nursing students&rsquo; competencies in the safe preparation of cytotoxic drugs.<br> Methods: This sequential mixed-methods study (qualitative&ndash;quantitative) was conducted in 2024 at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. In the qualitative phase, 27 semi-structured interviews were conducted with nursing students, faculty members, and oncology nurses to identify the dimensions of competency. In the quantitative phase, an initial 20-item instrument was developed and refined through assessments of face, content, and construct validity. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were performed to examine the Instrument&rsquo;s factor structure. Reliability was assessed using internal consistency and the test&ndash;retest method.<br> Results: The final instrument consisted of 18 items across three dimensions: &ldquo;Preparation and Dilution Skills,&rdquo; &ldquo;Compliance with Individual and Environmental Safety Measures,&rdquo; and &ldquo;Waste Management and Emergency Response.&rdquo; The Instrument demonstrated excellent content and construct validity, with adequate reliability (Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha > 0.60, test-retest correlation = 0.80). The three-factor model explained 68.45% of the total variance, and confirmatory factor analysis indices indicated a good model fit.<br> Conclusion: The developed Instrument is reliable and valid, providing a comprehensive assessment of nursing students&rsquo; practical skills in the safe preparation of cytotoxic drugs.
